At Labservice BV, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions.
Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
- A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be included.
- Opened calibration solutions or liquid testing materials cannot be returned.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Refund
